Shipping Policy

At Dag Stones Collection, we aim to ship your order quickly and safely so your candles arrive in perfect condition.

Processing time:

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
If we ever anticipate a delay (e.g., during busy holiday periods), we’ll contact you by email.

Delivery options & costs

We primarly ship with Evri for our deliveries as it’s reliable, fully tracked, and offers flexible delivery options.

  • Evri Standard – fully tracked delivery in 2–5 working days after dispatch.
    Free delivery on orders over £40 (Evri Standard only).

  • Evri Next Day – fully tracked next-working-day delivery after dispatch.

If you would prefer a different carrier, please let us know after placing your order by emailing info@dagstones.co – we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping costs for each option are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchases.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of the damage. This helps us process a replacement or refund quickly.
  • How to return: Please email us at info@dagstones.co to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
